Directions and Deliveries

Business customers and suppliers will find important information here on the various ways of getting to Dortmund Airport.

You will find the administration building of Flughafen Dortmund GmbH on the eastern part of the airport premises. Parking spaces for visitors are available directly in front of the building. Please report your arrival via the intercom, so that the barrier can be opened.

Central receipt of goods for Dortmund Airport is the responsibility of the Cargo Service in Hall 8. On-site staff receive, inspect and document ordered goods.

Opening hours: Mon. - Fri. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

There is a loading and unloading bay at the terminal on the Arrivals level (Level 0). To reach this, first use the entrance to underground car park P1 and keep to the right. Suppliers are asked to report their arrival via the intercom at the barrier.

There is a bus stop for coaches at the terminal on the Arrivals level (Level 0). To reach this, please first use the entrance to underground car park P1 and keep to the right. Bus drivers can use the bus lane, subject to a fee, by taking a ticket at the entrance.

Fee: 3 euro for every 15 minutes
