The administration building of Flughafen Dortmund GmbH is located in the eastern part of the airport. Visitor parking spaces are available directly in front of the building. Please use the intercom to announce your arrival so that the barrier can be opened.

The Cargo Service in Hall 8 is responsible for the central receipt of goods for Dortmund Airport. The on-site staff receives, inspects, and documents the ordered goods.

Opening hours: 
Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.– 3 p.m.

There is a loading and unloading bay at the terminal on the Arrivals level (Level 0). To reach it, enter the P1 underground parking garage and bear right. Suppliers should use the intercom at the barrier to report their arrival.

There is a bus stop for coaches at the terminal on the Arrivals level (Level 0). To reach it, use the entrance the P1 underground parking garage and keep right. Bus drivers can access the bus lane for a fee by taking a ticket at the entrance.
