The Irish airline Ryanair will be flying twice a week from Dortmund to Zagreb from 3 September. Every Friday and Monday, travellers can reach the capital of Croatia in less than two hours. After Split, Zagreb is already the second city in Croatia that passengers can reach directly from Dortmund Airport. Flights can already be booked until end of April 2022.
“Ryanair has continuously expanded its services from Dortmund in recent years: In 2020, the route to Vienna was added, and in 2019 the connection to Katowice. We’re very pleased that this development is continuing even during this difficult time. It’s a great sign of confidence in the location,” says Guido Miletic, Head of Airport Services and Marketing.
Ryanair flies to eight destinations from Dortmund: Thessaloniki, London-Stansted, Vienna, Porto, Katowice, Krakow, Mallorca and Zagreb. In 2019, approximately 380,000 passengers used the airline’s connections.
