And the best thing is that every departing passenger with a boarding pass can buy items in the duty-free shop. This also applies to passengers on domestic flights.
Only passengers flying to destinations outside the EU or to the Canary Islands (please note the import regulations) can buy unlimited amounts of duty-free cigarettes, cigars and tobacco.
At Dortmund Airport, the Heinemann duty-free shop offers passengers a variety of services. For example, using the pre-order service, you can order what you want quickly and easily online and then pick your purchases up at the duty-free shop at the airport. The pick-up service is also very useful. Heinemann will keep your purchases at the pick-up point until you return from your trip.

The shop is located in the public area on the departures level (level 1), next to checkpoint A.

The WESTBar is located behind the security checkpoint in the direction of gates 0-6. The assortment includes refreshments, snacks and literature.
Usually open from 04.30 a.m. until 30 minutes before the last departure.
