Baggage Tracking

Missing or damaged baggage

Has your luggage been damaged or cannot be found after your arrival? The staff at Lost and Found/Baggage Tracking at Dortmund Airport will gladly help you.

Because damage to your baggage or loss must be reported to your airline without delay, please go to the “Baggage Tracking” station and do not leave the baggage claim area. Otherwise you might lose your ability to claim the lost baggage. Follow the instructions on the display at the station and contact the staff via this route.

Upon receipt of your data, you will receive a written confirmation of the loss or damage to your baggage. Please keep this confirmation.
