Wizz Air airlines is expanding its services from Dortmund Airport: Starting this summer, passengers will have the opportunity of flying Wizz Air directly from Dortmund to Lake Balaton. The largest inland lake in Central Europe attracts many international tourists every year: swimming and water sports enthusiasts and people who enjoy wellness and spas will find plenty on offer there.
"We are pleased to be in a position to offer our passengers yet another destination in addition to the already wide range of flights available on the summer schedule. Hévíz is an excellent addition to the existing offer of Wizz Air, which mainly flies to Eastern European destinations,” says Guido Miletic, Head of Airport Services and Marketing at Dortmund Airport.
The flights will be offered twice a week from June 16. Passengers will then be able to fly to western Hungary on Thursdays and Sundays.
