At Dortmund Airport, passengers and visitors will find a wide variety of restaurants and food outlets. Passengers with a valid boarding pass can also make purchases from the extensive range of items available at the Heinemann duty-free store inside the security area.
Whether you are a frequent flyer or simply going on holiday, at the Heinemann duty-free shop you will find a wide variety of perfumes, cosmetics and spirits at low prices. And the best thing is that every departing passenger with a boarding pass can buy items in the duty-free shop. This also applies to passengers on domestic flights.
Only passengers flying to destinations outside the EU or to the Canary Islands (please note the import regulations) can buy unlimited amounts of duty-free cigarettes, cigars and tobacco.
At Dortmund Airport, the Heinemann duty-free shop offers passengers a variety of services. For example, using the pre-order service, you can order what you want quickly and easily online and then pick your purchases up at the duty-free shop at the airport. The pick-up service is also very useful. Heinemann will keep your purchases at the pick-up point until you return from your trip.
Shorten your waiting time in the Dortmund Airport terminal with delicious coffee specialities, soft drinks, sweet and savoury snacks. Browse through a rich selection of newspapers and magazines, travel articles and toys, as well as BVB fan articles. Tobacco products are also on offer.
The shop is located in the public area on the departures level (level 1), next to checkpoint A.
