A new Heinemann duty-free shop selling a selected range of products has opened in the eastern section of the airport building, close to Gates 7 to 12. All departing passengers with a valid boarding pass can purchase perfumes, cosmetics and spirits at low prices. Should you need anything else, the other Heinemann duty-free shop between West Bar and Gate 4 stocks an extensive range of goods.
Passengers flying to destinations outside the EU or to the Canary Islands can still buy unlimited amounts of duty-free cigarettes, cigars and tobacco. Please note the respective import regulations.
For customers who already know exactly what they want to buy, Heinemann offers a pre-order service. Order what you want quickly and easily online at www.heinemann-dutyfree.com. You can then pick up your purchases from the duty-free-shop at Dortmund Airport. If you would prefer to have your purchases kept securely until your return, you can use the Heinemann pick-up service, which is available on the arrivals level.
