New Fast Lane at Dortmund Airport

Fast Lane to security saves time before flights

Dtm fahnen preview 1

Since the 10th of January, passengers at Dortmund Airport have been able to use an additional path to security: the Fast Lane lets them skip the usual queue to get to security. This new service at Dortmund Airport is provided by British partner ParkVia Ltd., which offers parking price comparison and sells Fast Lane tickets at 400 locations worldwide.

Tickets exclusively available online

Fast Lane tickets are not available on site, rather exclusively available to buy online. ParkVia’s partnerships with various airlines, such as Wizz Air, mean that access can be booked as passengers book their flights. Alternatively, the queue-jumping ticket can be purchased separately. So no matter which airline they’re travelling with, passengers have the ability to head directly to security.

Get to the gate faster

ParkVia is expanding the existing service offered by travel portal Kiwi.com, which facilitates use of the Fast Lane on transit flights via Dortmund and reduces the waiting time before connecting flights.

Departing passengers will find Fast Lane access at security point B in the Dortmund Airport terminal. Use of this new service is especially beneficial for passengers with tight schedules. However, passengers should still plan plenty of time for check-in and checks: Dortmund Airport recommends that all passengers arrive at the airport at least two hours before their flight leaves.
